Registration for Summer '26
There are 3 steps needing to be completed; please reach out if you have any questions or issues during the registration process. We are excited to have your camper join us for a fun filled Summer!
Step 1
Click, Fill out, and Submit your --> MSA Summer Selection Form <--
Here, you will select your weeks and/or days. A copy of all of your selections will be emailed to the email address you submit on this form. Please make sure to save the dates; we will bill for the weeks/days selected from this form. Once the Summer Selection Form is submitted, you will be directed to the Summer Camp Registration Form and Final Processes.
Step 2
Complete the --> Summer Camp Registration Form & Final Processes
We will be utilizing Brightwheel, a childcare software, during the summer! Before accessing the Summer Camp Request form, you will be prompted to create a Brightwheel account. Brightwheel will be your all-in-one app for viewing invoices, making payments, setting up autopay, checking in/out of camp, & message summer camp staff!
Step 3
Registration + First Week Payment
You will be prompted to pay the Non-Refundable Registration Fee at the end of the Summer Camp Admission packet. To finalize registration, both the Registration Fee + First Week must be paid. An invoice will be sent via Brightwheel with your First Week total.
Important Information
- If you want to make changes to your selections, please email the Summer Camp Director. Do Not submit another MSA Summer Selection Form.
- Once all Forms and payments are correctly submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided during registration and/or via Brightwheel messaging welcoming you to MSA Summer Camp 2026.
