Complete the Summer Camp Request Form

We will be utilizing Brightwheel, a childcare software, during the summer! Before accessing the Summer Camp Request form, you will be prompted to create a Brightwheel account. Brightwheel will be your all in one app to see invoices, make payments, setup autopay, check your camper in/out of camp, & message summer camp staff!

Step 2

Fill out and submit your MSA Summer Selection Form

Here, you will select your weeks and/or days. A copy of all of your selections will be emailed to the email address you submit on this form. Please make sure to save the dates; we will bill for the weeks/days selected from this form. 

Step 3

Complete final processes​

Once the Summer Selection Form is submitted, you will receive the final processes in your Brightwheel App. Once the forms in this process are signed and your campers Registration Fee + their first week of camp is paid...

Please note: If you are wanting to make changes to your selections, please email the Summer Camp Director. Do Not submit another MSA Summer Selection Form.
