​I have worked in various summer camps throughout the Salt Lake Valley during my years at the University of Utah and post-graduation. In 2018, I got the chance to open an after-school program and have planned to open a Summer Camp. An opportunity presented itself in 2022, where a friend/business partner and I co-founded My Summit Adventures. Now, here we are!
Hello, Parents and Future Campers! I am beyond excited for summer and having the opportunity to create a fun program that will be part of your summer experience! A little bit about me- I have a daughter, who is my entire world, next to my husband, of course, and a little prince who will be joining us this summer. We have two doxies, who are the sweetest and silliest, causing me to buy anything Dachshund-related when I am at the store. I've recently become an avid Funko Pop collector, mainly Disney Princesses and Ninja Turtles. Some hobbies I enjoy are traveling, smiling, being creative, and boxing. I can't wait to meet you all. Let's make this summer a great one!
Hello Summer Camp Friends! My name is Ms. Amber, and I am so excited to be part of the summer camp team again this year! I have had the privilege of working alongside Ms. Nathaly for many years, assisting her with summer camp, and it has truly been one of my favorite experiences. There is something so special about the energy of summer! Watching campers head out on new adventures, build meaningful friendships, and grow in confidence as they try new things. I love seeing their creativity shine as they explore, create, and, most importantly, have fun! Outside of camp, I am a proud mom of two wonderful kids and four very loved cats who definitely keep life interesting! In my free time, I enjoy visiting Disneyland, traveling, building LEGO’s, anything Harry Potter, and spending cozy time at home with my family. I am really looking forward to another amazing summer filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable memories with all of our campers. I can’t wait to meet everyone and start this adventure together!

​Hello, my name is Marissa Allen! I’m the preschool teacher at the Bluffdale campus and I’m so excited to be part of MSA Summer Camp this year. A little bit about me, I’m originally from Nebraska, but I’ve been living in Utah for the past 10 years. My favorite color is red, I love reading literary fiction, and you can usually find me outside playing pickleball with my husband. I’m passionate about creating a fun, safe, and positive environment, and I’m so excited to bring my energy to summer camp and make lasting memories with all the campers!

Hello! My name is Lauren Harvey. I am so excited to return to MSA this summer! A little about me, I am from Herriman, Utah. I went to school to be a PE and Health teacher, and I got married this last October. Some of my favorite things are spending time with my family and friends, going on weekend adventures with my husband, listening to music, and Facetiming my baby niece. I'm excited to be a part of this fun summer camp program once again!

Hello my name is Arlette, I am currently a Kindergarten instructor at Summit Academy. I have been working with children for 7 years and I've been doing summer camps for almost 5 years. I love incorporating arts & crafts to my activities as much as possible and the kids seem to enjoy it, too! I can't wait to meet your kids so we can have fun this summer and create amazing memories together!

Hi! My name is Oriana, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team as a Summer Camp Counselor this year. I’ve been working with MSA for the past year, and I’m excited to bring my passion for adventure, creativity, and community to camp this summer. I absolutely love the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, fishing, or going on spontaneous road trips, I’m always up for an adventure. I’m also a big fan of trying new foods and discovering hidden gem restaurants (being a foodie is practically my hobby!). When I’m not exploring or planning my next trip, you’ll probably find me at a concert or hanging out with friends. I can’t wait to create lasting memories with our campers and help make this summer one to remember!

Hi, I’m Presley, and I’ve been working with PreK at Bluffdale this past school year, and I’m so stoked to be a part of summer camp! I can’t wait to meet new amazing kids and introduce fun and creative ways to spend the summer days! Some things about me are that I live in Eagle Mountain, I’ve worked with kids for 3+ years, and I have the biggest sweet tooth ever. You can catch me in line at Swig, having a cozy movie night at home, or trying to convince my boyfriend to go on a new adventure to a new place! I am so excited to be a member of such an amazing program this summer and can’t wait to start

Ms. Sadee- PM Counselor My name is Sadee May, and I’m so excited to be back at MSA Summer Camp again this year! I’ve been part of camp for a few years now—I actually started as a junior camp counselor, where I volunteered, and worked my way up to being a camp counselor. It’s been such a fun experience, and I love being part of MSA Summer Camp! One of my favorite things about camp is coming up with fun and creative activities for everyone. I love anything that lets campers use their imagination—and yes, that usually means things might get a little messy, but that makes it more fun! It’s the best seeing everyone get creative and enjoy what they’re making. My absolute favorite part of summer camp is the field trips. We get to go to so many cool places, and it’s always a blast exploring and making memories together. Outside of camp, I love going to Comic-Con/FanX conventions, reading, and traveling with my family. I’m really into anything creative and fun, which is why I love camp so much! I can’t wait for another awesome summer at MSA and to meet all of you! ☀️

Hello! I’m Ms. Kathryn. I have been with MSA for almost 4 years now, and I love it! This will be my 4th year having fun with the summer camp program. I love being able to make connections and find ways to encourage kids to be confident and unique while learning and having fun. I am a mom to 6 amazing kids. I enjoy being outdoors, reading (or listening to audiobooks), baking, doing puzzles while binge-watching a great TV series, and being with family.
