Ms. Nathaly- Summer Camp Director/ AM Lead I have worked in various summer camps throughout the Salt Lake Valley during my years at the University of Utah, and post graduation. In 2018 I got the chance to open an Afterschool program/s and have planned on opening a Summer Camp. An opportunity presented itself in 2022 where myself and friend/business partner Co-Founded My Summit Adventures. Now, here we are! Hello, Parents and Future Campers! I am beyond excited for summer and having the opportunity to create a fun program that will be part of your summer experience! A little bit about me- I have a daughter, who is my entire world, next to my husband, of course. We have two doxies, who are the sweetest and silliest, causing me to buy anything Dachshund related when I am at the store. I've recently become an avid Funko Pop collector, mainly Disney Princesses and Ninja Turtles, some Stitch, here and there. Some hobbies I enjoy are- traveling, smiling, being creative, and boxing. Hello! I’m Ms. Kathryn. I am so excited for Kinder Camp! During the school year I teach PreK and Kinder Aftercare and I am the lead for Afterschool program. I love being able to make connections and find ways to encourage kids be confident and unique while watching them learn and grow. I am mom to 6 amazing kids. I enjoy being outdoors, reading (or listening to audio books), baking, doing puzzles while binge watching a great TV series, and being with family. |

Hi I’m Lauren Hyer, I recently graduated from Utah State in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical education. I love playing sports and being active, as well as spending time with friends and family. This is my first year with MSA and am excited to work with these kids and have fun! |

Ms. Jenna -AM Counselor
Hi! I’m Ms. Jenna. This is my third year with My Summit Adventures and I teach preschool at the S.A Independence campus. When I’m not working you can find me spending most of my time with family and friends. I’m a huge night owl and can never say no to a fun night out to dinner, a movie, or to whatever fun events are currently happening. I love all things outdoors especially hiking, kayaking, and camping. One of my favorite things to do is go on road trips to the national parks here in Utah. Last June my husband and I welcomed our first baby! Her name is Joey and she has already made her first trip to Bryce Canyon with us! |

Hello my name is Arlette, I am currently a Kindergarten instructor at Summit Academy. I have been working with children for 7 years and I've been doing summer camps for almost 5 years. I love incorporating arts & crafts to my activities as much as possible and the kids seem to enjoy it, too! Hi! I'm Val Martin! During the school year, I worked as an Afterschool Group Leader for MSA! I love anything nerdy; mainly video games. I love boxing and cardio. I'm currently in my first year of college, working towards an Associate degree for social work at SLCC. I plan to transfer to the University of Utah to compete my Bachelors and Masters so I can become a licensed clinical Social Worker! Helping others is my passion, I'm so grateful I am able to make a job out of it. I strive to create a friendly and positive environment for kids to grow in. Get out of your comfort zone and do things that make you say "I wouldn't have done that three years ago" |

Hi! My name is Oriana, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team as a Summer Camp Counselor this year. I’ve been working with MSA for the past year, and I’m excited to bring my passion for adventure, creativity, and community to camp this summer. I absolutely love the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, fishing, or going on spontaneous road trips, I’m always up for an adventure. I’m also a big fan of trying new foods and discovering hidden gem restaurants (being a foodie is practically my hobby!). When I’m not exploring or planning my next trip, you’ll probably find me at a concert or hanging out with friends. I can’t wait to create lasting memories with our campers and help make this summer one to remember! |

My name is Peyton! This is my second summer at MSA Summer Camp. Some of my favorite things are running, hiking, and listening to music. I love going for runs to decompress while still challenging myself. I have a deep interest in philosophical novels and believe that they give me a thoughtful perspective on life. Hello families! Miss Sarai here! I am so excited and blessed to join MSA Summer Camp this year. I’ve been with Summit Academy for 2 1/2 years now. I currently work during the school day in Behavior / Special Education and MSA team lead at our afterschool program at the Draper location. I have learned so much and absolutely love what I do. I have some of the most amazing relationships with our students and teachers. The difference I make in their lives means everything. A little about me- I am a mother to a beautiful little boy. He is my whole world. My little best friend. I am also very passionate about cooking. I recently opened a side business doing this. I love feeding people and making people happy through food. Hello! My name is Molly and this is my first summer at MSA. I'm from Asheville, NC, but I moved to Salt Lake to go to the University of Utah where I am studying biochemistry. I love all sports, but my favorite to play and watch is soccer. I am also an avid TV show lover, snowboarder, and I love to cook in my free time. Since moving here, I have loved visiting all of the national parks in Utah and my favorite one is Arches National Park. I am so excited for this summer and all of the fun that it will bring! |

Hello! I’m Mia, and I’m a student at the University of Wyoming (go Pokes!), studying to go to medical school. Some fun things about me: my favorite color is purple, I am a huge hockey fan, and I love working with kids. My biggest hot take? Dark chocolate is better than milk chocolate!! In my free time, I love being around friends and family—but when I’m not doing that, you can find me at Sephora smelling the perfumes! Smell good, feel good.
